Shipping Policy – Warbey

At Warbey, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. That’s why we offer free trackable shipping on all orders.


Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (for quality checks and packaging).

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Orders are shipped with trackable delivery so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package has shipped. If you don’t see these emails, please check your spam or promotions folder.


Delivery

  • Packages are usually delivered directly to your mailbox or front door.

  • If delivery isn’t possible, your package may be held at your nearest USPS or courier pickup point, and you’ll be notified via email or text.

  • Some products may be shipped directly from our central warehouses, including warehouses outside the U.S., to offer the best prices and widest selection.

Rest assured, Warbey is always responsible for ensuring your order arrives safely and within the promised timeframe.


Delays & Address Changes

While our goal is to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to third-party carriers. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

  • If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact our support team.


Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Report visible damage to the courier immediately upon delivery.

  • Hidden damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
    Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in a denied claim, as responsibility cannot be verified afterward.


Priority Shipping + Shipping Insurance

For extra peace of mind, you can choose Priority Shipping with Shipping Insurance:

  • Your order will be processed with priority handling and shipped the next business day (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Includes full shipping insurance against loss, damage, or unreasonable delays.

  • If an issue occurs, we’ll send a replacement package at no extra cost once verified with our shipping partners.

Note: Priority Shipping does not guarantee a specific delivery date but ensures faster processing and added protection.
