Returns & Refunds
At Warbey, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.
Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

In line with consumer protection laws, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you or your representative received the goods.
Products must be returned promptly, and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Items must be well-packaged and sent back in good condition.

Proof of Purchase
All returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Quantity Discount Policy
If you purchased multiple items with a volume discount, and one or more are returned, the discount will no longer apply. Refunds will be recalculated accordingly.
Example: If you buy 5 items with a 15% discount and return 2, the discount is void, and your refund will be adjusted before it is issued.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund after this time:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company.

Contact your bank (processing times vary).
If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@Warbey.co.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, please email us at Support@Warbey.co.
Shipping & Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Packages sent COD (cash on delivery) or with collection fees will not be accepted.
Unclaimed Packages
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For such cases, we reserve the right to charge return shipping, the original shipping fee, and a handling fee of $19.99.
Note: For larger orders, this amount may be higher. If the value of the product is less than $19.99, the full amount may be withheld.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please email Support@Warbey.co with your order number.

A $19.99 cancellation fee applies to cover administrative and transaction costs.

Cancellations are valid only after confirmed by our customer service team.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
Disclaimer – Delivery Services
We use Royal Mail, DHL, or DPD for deliveries. Please note: parcels are delivered outside your door and Warbey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages left at the delivery location.
For added security, we recommend choosing a shipping method with signature or home delivery. Contact us before purchase if you wish to arrange this.
